Sizemore has chosen Small Town Throwdown as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Jody Cohen has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sizemore looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Cohen!

Cohen explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
Sizemore misses with a body kick.
Cohen is looking for a counter combo.
Joseph Sizemore seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Sizemore has closed the distance and engaged Cohen in a clinch.

Cohen breaks the clinch.
Cohen walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Sizemore checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Sizemore shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Cohen's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Sizemore postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Sizemore cracks Cohen with a solid left hand.
Sizemore trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

Sizemore trying to control but Cohen is working from the bottom.

Cohen is looking for a triangle but Sizemore pushes his legs off easily.

Cohen has his foot on Sizemore's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Sizemore works his way back into a safe position though.
Sizemore keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Cohen's head.

Cohen is rocked!
Sizemore postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Cohen covers up, he's hurt! Sizemore keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Sizemore and the ref steps in to end the fight! Sizemore can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
