The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vadore throws a shot from downtown. Parker moves away and avoids it.
Parker tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Vadore manages to circle out of the way.
Vadore throws a hook but Parker blocks it.
A quick step to the side and Parker tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Parker ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

A counter left hand to the body from Parker misses its target.

and Parker counters with a stiff right hand.
Vadore throws a hook to the side of Parker's head but Parker sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Parker is looking to counter punch.
Parker drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Vadore misses with a straight right.

Parker avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
A big left from Vadore misses.
Parker seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Vadore throws a jab when Parker was well out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vadore loads up on a big right hand but Parker slips the punch.
Parker seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.

It looks like Peter Parker has been cut.
Parker bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Vadore's head backwards.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Parker ducks under a wild hook from Vadore.

Parker catches Vadore with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

and Parker counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

and Parker counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Vadore thinking.

and Parker counters with a stiff right hand.
Parker ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
A little feinted left hand from Parker on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
A big right from Vadore misses.
Parker is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Nice uppercut lands for Parker. That snapped Vadore's head back.
Vadore is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
A lazy left from Parker finds it's target.
Vil Vadore seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Vadore cracks Parker with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Vadore has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Parker to stand back up!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Vadore cracks Parker with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Parker looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Vadore finish him?

Parker is rocked!
Parker switches off momentarily and Vadore cracks him with a monster right hand! Parker topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Vadore dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Vadore!
