Coming up we have a light heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Philo Brathwaite and Rumina Sato. Rumina Sato is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the light heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. Brathwaite takes the fight into the clinch.
Sato is pressed up against the cage. Brathwaite has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Sato down to the mat. Sato avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Brathwaite defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sato.
Sato shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Brathwaite sprawls well. Brathwaite wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sato gets slowly back to his feet.

Brathwaite tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Sato wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Brathwaite wants to control but Sato postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Brathwaite tries to buck Sato off but Sato is having none of it.

Brathwaite tries to reverse the position but Sato maintains control.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Brathwaite is squirming around, avoiding Sato's attempts to control the action.

Sato is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Brathwaite is in real trouble.

It looks like Sato might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Sato has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Brathwaite is defending well but eventually Sato manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Brathwaite has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
