PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Malcolm Simpson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Madukaego Chikezie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Madukaego Chikezie told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chikezie closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Simpson's guard.

Simpson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Chikezie seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Chikezie looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Simpson can't hide his disappointment, as Chikezie celebrates the victory.
