Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bronko Strunz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Corwin Anstey!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Anstey shoots in and bounces Strunz off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

It looked like Strunz wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Anstey is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Strunz is just riding it out for now. Anstey eventually gives up the hold.

Anstey connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Strunz's hands.

Anstey closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Anstey wants to work for an arm triangle but Strunz is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
