Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Clark Ochoa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Freddie Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Williams comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Cant be touched - Roy Jones Jr kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Clark Ochoa has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Clark Ochoa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Freddie Williams!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, James Ackerman and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Williams misses.
Williams throws a one two combo.
Ochoa tries to close the distance and clinch up but Williams swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Ochoa takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Ochoa misses with a takedown
and Williams counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Ochoa avoids a punch combination nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Williams throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

and Ochoa counters with a nice double leg into side control. Williams won't be happy with that.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ochoa looking to break Williams's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Williams remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Ochoa will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

Williams does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

and Ochoa counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Williams is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Ochoa tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Williams paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Ochoa fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Williams was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
Ochoa blocks a head kick by Williams.
Williams scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Ochoa dives in and scores a takedown into Williams's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Ochoa has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Williams wants to stand and escape but Ochoa is having none of it.

Ochoa drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ochoa jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

After the fight, Freddie Williams was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
