Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Battle Ram (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mew Choo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mew Choo told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ram fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Choo manages to avoid it.
Choo takes a swing at Ram's ribcage but misses.
Choo misses with a shot to the body
and Ram counters with a left and a right that stings Choo.
Choo has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Choo throws a lazy right hand but Ram sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Choo throws the left hand but Ram avoids the punch easily.
Choo throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Ram counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Choo lands a jab to the nose.
Ram avoids a punch combination nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Choo misses with a left hand
and Ram counters with a left to the body.
Choo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Ram appears to be looking for a big counter.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ram misses with an uppercut. Choo saw that one coming.

and Ram counters with a one-two to the body.
Choo takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Ram lands with an overhand left.
Choo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
It looked like Ram wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

and Ram counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Choo thinking.
Choo throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Ram was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Ram ducks under a wild hook from Choo.
Choo takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Ram is looking to wear down Choo with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Ram loads up on a big right hand but Choo slips the punch.
A big left from Choo misses.

Choo throws a hook to the side of Ram's head but Ram sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

and Ram counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Ram gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Choo slips a straight right by Ram.
Ram swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Choo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Choo feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Rams jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Ram uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Choo.
A quick step to the side and Ram tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
