Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jabari Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mukinio Tambua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Jorge Garcia and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tambua dives in and grabs Parker's left leg, looking for a takedown. Parker pushes down on Tambua's head and hops out.
Tambua will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Tambua gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Tambua can't get the takedown.
Jabari Parker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mukinio Tambua.
Parker's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Tambua gets a double leg takedown into Parker's guard.
Tambua wants to control from the top but Parker keeps moving.

Parker is looking to stand up but Tambua isn't so interested in that idea.
Tambua throws a big right hand that misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Parker tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Tambua throwing strikes but missing.
Tambua controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Tambua drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Tambua as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Parker screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Tambua! Nice submission victory there!
