Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Franklyn Lucas and Joseph Jones.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liguy takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Balkon feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Liguys jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Balkon cracks the inside of Liguy's front leg.
Balkon tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
And Liguy tries to counter it with a takedown but Balkon pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Liguy has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Balkon.
Liguy takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Balkon uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Liguy has time to react.
Balkon scores with a jab to the head.
Balkon scores with a sloppy right hand. Liguy should have avoided that one.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Balkon throws a sloppy head kick and Liguy moves out of range easily.
Liguy feints the counter takedown.
Balkon darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Balkon scores with a body shot.
A head kick from Balkon lands but Liguy takes it in his stride.
Balkon connects with a good right hand that stumbles Liguy. Liguy circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Liguy on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Balkon rushes Liguy and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Liguy is looking to take this one to the mat.
Liguy tries to score a body lock takedown but Balkon shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Liguy told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.
Liguy is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Marian Balkon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Oleg Liguy.

Balkon escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Liguy on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Balkon jabs Liguy to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Balkon lands a big uppercut and Liguy crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Liguy looks OK. Balkon waves Liguy back to his feet!
Liguy is still on wobbly legs! Can Balkon finish him?
Balkon fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Liguy to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Liguy looks to clinch but Balkon throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Liguy taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
