Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Timur Umarov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Top Shelf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Umarov comes to the cage accompanied by Rizavdi Ismailov - Vpered Akhmat. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shelf throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Umarov fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Umarov steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Shelf.

Shelf swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Umarov.
Shelf throws a body punch but Umarov moves out of range.

A looping hook to the body misses from Umarov. Shelf does a little dance to reset his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Shelf has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Umarov escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Umarov!

Shelf is trying to escape the position but Umarov is controlling the position.

Umarov is working to tighten his grip on Shelf's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Shelf has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Umarov is really squeezing tight and eventually Shelf passes out! Umarov breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
