Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Reilly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dirk Norbit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reilly comes to the cage accompanied by The Whispers - Rock Steady. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, John Roberts and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Norbit swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Reilly gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Norbit.
Reilly misses the jab.
Norbit ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Norbit throws a body shot but no joy.
A little feinted left hand from Reilly on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Reilly staying out of range there.
Norbit fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Reilly misses with a wild body shot.
Norbit misses with a hook.
Reilly lands with an uppercut that bounces Norbit off the cage and back into range.
It looks like Dirk Norbit has been cut.
Norbit throws an overhand right that lands on Reilly's shoulder, as Reilly tries to avoid the shot.

and Norbit counters with a left to the body.
Reilly connects with a body shot.
Reilly slips a jab from Norbit.
Norbit moves into range and connects with a jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Norbit tries to bum rush Reilly with a series of wild strikes but Reilly uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Reilly connects with a single shot there.

Norbit swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Norbit wants to clinch up but Reilly keeps it at a distance.

enabling Reilly to counter with a crisp jab.
Reilly fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Norbit misses the jab.
Reilly looks to land a left hand but Norbit moved out of range nicely.
Reilly keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Norbit.
A telegraphed right hand from Norbit misses the target.
Danga de danga de dang - Norbit scores with a four punch combination!
Reilly is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Reilly lands a big head kick that sends Norbit tumbling to the mat! Reilly takes a step backwards and waves Norbit back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Norbit is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Reilly lands a big right hook! Norbit looks hurt but is still standing! Reilly lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Norbit falls down and Reilly dives in with a huge hammer fist! Norbit's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Reilly runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Mike Reilly!

Dirk Norbit was interviewed post fight and said 'lucky day for some but not for me...oh well I still got my looks'.
