Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lake Dutchman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Seong Jo!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Aleksandr Martynov and Sergei Dronov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looked like Dutchman was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Jo bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Dutchman's head.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dutchman moves out of range of the leg kick from Jo.
Jo walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

It looks like Dutchman has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Seong Jo seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.

Dutchman lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Well Jo has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
