Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!

With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Angelo San Diego!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Shane Warne!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Arvi Lind and Matti Vanhoillinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.

Oooooh!!! San Diego has knocked Warne down with a huge combo! San Diego steps away and waves a wobbly Warne back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!


Warne is rocked!


It looks like Shane Warne has been cut.
San Diego lands with a nice body punch.
Warne is still on wobbly legs! Can San Diego finish him?
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Warne shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. San Diego manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The referee asks Warne politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Warne prefers to stall for the moment though.
San Diego is looking to regain half guard here but Warne keeps moving and retains side control.

San Diego's coaches at Touch Of Death Combat Academy have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.
San Diego prevents Warne from moving into mount.
Warne has knee on belly and moves into mount.

Warne swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and San Diego is now in Warne's guard. A big mistake from Warne there, giving up the dominant position!

Warne is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Warne is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

San Diego has left one of his arms exposed and Warne doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. San Diego screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
