Ahonen comes into the arena with For Heavy Metal we will die! blaring out of the sound system. Manu Ahonen has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ahonen moves into the clinch successfully.
Ahonen throws a head punch that misses.
Charles can't get the takedown.
Ahonen can't find room to land a body shot as Charles controls the action.
Ahonen lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Ahonen lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Charles backwards.
Charles is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Ahonen pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Ahonen gets through Charles's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Still in the clinch, Ahonen scores with a nice short uppercut.
Ahonen fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Ahonen stops a takedown attempt from Charles.

Charles wants to take the fight to the mat but Ahonen manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Ahonen is leaning against Charles and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Ahonen pushes Charles back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Charles wants a takedown but no success here.
Ahonen lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Charles is trying to maintain a safe position but Ahonen gets an underhook and turns Charles into the cage.

Ahonen throws a big uppercut that drops Charles! More strikes from Ahonen and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Charles lies dazed against the cage as Ahonen celebrates with his cornermen!

A very excited looking Manu Ahonen rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
