The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boyka is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

West is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. West gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. West gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. West apologises and we restart here on the feet.

West walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
West looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Boyka is fending him off so far but West persists. Nope, Boyka circles away and we're back to standing.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

After the fight, Yuri Boyka was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
