Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Minobu Kurita (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chinggis Khaan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kurita comes to the cage accompanied by Game of Thrones. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Minobu Kurita!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chinggis Khaan!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Alyssa Summers and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khaan shoots in looking for a takedown but Kurita manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Khaan's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Kurita seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
A nice leg kick lands there from Khaan.
Khaan connects with a nice looking jab.
Kurita looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Khaan shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Kurita is trying to defend but Khaan finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Khaan thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Kurita's head.
Khaan scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Khaan lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Kurita quite badly. Kurita pulls Khaan in close trying to recover. Khaan postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Kurita on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Kurita doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chinggis Khaan!
Chinggis Khaan seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
Minobu Kurita spoke after the fight, saying 'Sayonara'.
