Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Luigi Helmut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Dick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Helmut's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Make It Wit Chu - Queens Of The Stone Age. Nick Dick is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Helmut gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Dick counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Dick.
Dick scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Dick trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Helmut working for a triangle but Dick defends it easily.
Dick must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Helmut is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Dick defends well.
Helmut pulls Dick in close to prevent any damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dick is looking to work some ground and pound but Helmut has wrist control.

Helmut has his foot on Dick's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dick works his way back into a safe position though.

Helmut is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Dick stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Helmut swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Dick keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Helmut's head.

Dick has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Helmut to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Dick is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Helmut pulls down on the head and he's put Dick to sleep! This one is all over!

After winning the bout, Luigi Helmut thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
