The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Battock misses with a body shot.
Fawce closes this distance looking for a takedown but Battock circles away.
Fawce shoots in for a double leg but Battock sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Fawce is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Fawce takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Fawce throws a sloppy body shot
and Battock counters with an inside leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fawce swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

Battock connects with a good right hand that stumbles Fawce. Fawce circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Fawce has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Fawce lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Fawce is looking to clinch but Battock is avoiding it.
Fawce on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Battock punishes Fawce's body with a nice straight punch.
Battock lands with a good body shot.
Battock connects with a right hand. Fawce shakes it off.

Fawce is rocked!
BOOM! Battock lands a beautiful left hook that drops Fawce. Fawce tries to recover but Battock is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Fawce lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
