Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Chris White !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Cody Gardbrandt !
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paulsen Ambrosius and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White slips a jab and a cross from Gardbrandt .
White appears to be looking for a big counter.
Gardbrandt lands a lovely overhand right.
White getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Gardbrandt throws a combination but it was largely blocked by White .
Gardbrandt keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from White .
Despite the aggression on Gardbrandt 's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
White fails to land with a series of punches.

Gardbrandt gets caught napping as White dives in and scores a takedown. Gardbrandt manages to retain guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
White 's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Gardbrandt can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as White controls the pace.
White stands and throws Gardbrandt 's legs to the side, diving into side control.
A lull in the action here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

White lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Gardbrandt down.
Gardbrandt is pushing White 's head away, looking to escape. White manages to hold on to the position though.
Gardbrandt is trying to control White 's posture but White avoids it.

White tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no White has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

White connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Gardbrandt some visible discomfort.

White is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Gardbrandt is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

White has hold of Gardbrandt 's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Gardbrandt seems comfortable defending it but White has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Gardbrandt is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Gardbrandt is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but White couldn't care less - he's delighted!
