Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Booger Peete (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bud Spencer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Spencer has chosen Coldplay - Charlie Brown as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bud Spencer!
The judges for this bout are Topper Green, Donatello Bradman and Skip Squint.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spencer lands a head shot.
Peete shoots in looking for a takedown. Spencer tries to sprawl out of it but Peete keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Spencer manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Bud Spencer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Spencer connects with a nice looking jab.
Spencer chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Spencer throws a quick inside leg kick.
Peete shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Spencer defends it nicely.
Spencer let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

Spencer rushes Peete and presses him up against the cage.
I was talking to Peete's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Spencer working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Peete takes an elbow to the temple.

Spencer escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Spencer clinches up against the cage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Spencer scores with a shot to the side of Peete's head.

A right handed body shot lands from Spencer.
Peete is breathing heavily.
Peete takes a shot to the head.
Spencer lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Peete backwards.
A shot in the inside from Spencer.

Peete is rocked!
Spencer lands a body punch.
Spencer creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Peete's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Peete drops to his knees and Spencer pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bud Spencer!
In his post fight interview, Bud Spencer started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
