The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Asos throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

It looks like Sergio Hamilton has been cut.

Hamilton shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Asos manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Hamilton keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Asos's head.
Hamilton is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Asos is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Hamilton stands up and waves to Asos to follow him.
Hamilton moves into range and lands a nice body kick.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Asos lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hamilton circles away quickly and effectively.

and Hamilton holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Hamilton tries to pull guard but Asos won't allow it.

Hamilton pulls guard effortlessly.
Hamilton pulls Asos in close to prevent any damage.

Hamilton pushes Asos off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Asos grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Hamilton takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Asos cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!

After the fight, Than Asos was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
