Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jimmie Connor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gerardo Gluhovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gluhovic has chosen Bureal Sarkikos as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jimmie Connor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Gerardo Gluhovic!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Daniel Cesar and Edson Gomes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Connor closes the distance but Gluhovic moves to the side
and Gluhovic cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Connor takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Gluhovic ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Gluhovic will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Connor tries to clinch
letting Gluhovic counter with a right hand.
Connor looks to clinch
and Gluhovic connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gluhovic lands with a cross.

Connor is rocked!
Gluhovic dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Oh Connor is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Gluhovic closes the distance and pushes Connor back into the cage.
Connor seems to have got his legs back now.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Gluhovic drops Connor onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Connor is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Gluhovic creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Connor with a big uppercut! Connor tries to clinch up but Gluhovic pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Connor to the mat! Connor covers up and Gluhovic unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

After winning the bout, Gerardo Gluhovic thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
