Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Quincy Watterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave Batista (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Batista is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: I Walk Alone. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Watterson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Batista circles away quickly and effectively.
Batista tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Watterson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Batista looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Watterson is fending him off so far but Batista persists. Nope, Watterson circles away and we're back to standing.

Watterson lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Watterson rushes Batista with punches - Batista moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Batista goes down! Watterson follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
