Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Hiroshi Ekaku (ranked 758 p4p, 94 weight class) and Chester Jones (ranked 627 p4p, 76 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chester Jones!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Eddie Farnsworth and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ekaku lands a nice hook to Jones's body. Jones takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Jones throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jones scores with a shot to the body.
Ekaku throws a head kick but Jones moves out of range.
Ekaku uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Jones.

Ekaku bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

Jones feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
