Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rudolf Knight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Mille (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Mille's choice of entrance music: Rocky Road to Dublin. Rudolf Knight has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Aafke Stam and Paul Aken.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mille shoots and misses
and Knight counters with a nice uppercut.

Knight shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Knight was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Mille is looking to reverse the position.
Knight will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Mille gets back to half guard.
Knight throwing shots but Mille is blocking nicely.
Mille manages to get to full guard.
Knight wants to get up but he can't break Mille's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mille controls Knight momentarily but Knight frees himself.
Mille wants to hit a switch here but Knight passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Mille there!
Knight throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Mille because Knight loaded up on that one.
Knight really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Mille sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Mille gets full guard.

Knight gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Mille fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
A quick step to the side and Knight tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

and Knight counters with a one-two to the body.
Rudolf Knight has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tom Mille.

Knight closes the distance and pushes Mille back into the cage.
Knight gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Mille.

Knight's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Tom Mille seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Mille closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Knight has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Mille is on him like a limpet, forcing Knight back against the cage.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Mille has picked Knight up - he's going for a ride! Mille dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Knight has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Mille is working away from the top position though.

Mille is trying for a kimura here. Knight looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Mille wins by kimura!
