The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drakov fails with the takedown

and Omega holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Omega breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A bone on bone clash there as Omega blocks the leg kick.
Drakov fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Ryan Omega seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Omega clinches.
Drakov tries to score a body lock takedown but Omega shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vasilli Drakov. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Drakov goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Omega using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Drakov has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Drakov is trying to drag Omega to the mat but Omega just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Omega presses Drakov against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Oh Drakov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Omega lands a knee to the head.

Omega pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Omega ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Drakov out cold! The fight is over!
