The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bondarenko tries to clinch there but Fist circles away.
Bondarenko attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Fist darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Bondarenko closes the distance and clinches.
I was talking to Bondarenko's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Fist lands a nice shot to the body.
Bondarenko is breathing heavily.
Fist works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Fist breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Fist throws a shot to the body.
Fist scores with a shot to the body.
Bondarenko doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
BOOM! Fist lands a beautiful left hook that drops Bondarenko. Bondarenko tries to recover but Fist is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Bondarenko lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
