The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Arones jumps guard but Makarenko stands there with Arones around his waist. Arones gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Makarenko throws out a loose jab but Arones uses good head movement to avoid it.
Makarenko lets loose with a powerful body kick. Arones will feel that in the morning.
Makarenko connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Arones has been working on his boxing with his coaches at LOD-Guts & Glory Gym in the buildup to the fight.

Makarenko pushes Arones off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
