Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Raoul De Muerta (ranked 2197 p4p, 287 weight class) and Carter Martin (ranked 5903 p4p, 630 weight class). De Muerta comes to the cage accompanied by The Crystal Method. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
De Muerta throws a sloppy head kick and Martin moves out of range easily.
Martin swinging wildly here.
De Muerta lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
De Muerta pulls out of a head kick attempt.
De Muerta uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Martin has time to react.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from De Muerta. Martin shrugs it off though.
Martin throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A slapping leg kick lands for De Muerta.
De Muerta tries to close the distance and clinch up but Martin swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Martin throws a big shot that misses.

De Muerta lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Martin uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by De Muerta.

De Muerta uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Martin.

and De Muerta counters with a nice body shot.
De Muerta's corner calls for a 1-2. De Muerta obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
The fighters circling - De Muerta throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Martin throws a head kick that misses.
De Muerta smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

De Muerta works Martin's body with a nice hook.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from De Muerta, right into the meat.
Martin misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Martin avoids the head kick by De Muerta.
Martin tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
De Muerta throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Martin takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Martin takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Martin throws a lazy uppercut
and De Muerta counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Martin thinking.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The fighters circle, before De Muerta throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Martin's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! De Muerta lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
