Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between James Adler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomasz Rzasa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, James Adler!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tomasz Rzasa!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Paulo Santos and Matheus Silva.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adler lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Rzasa tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Adler paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Adler tries to land a front kick but Rzasa steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Horrible takedown attempt by Adler or perhaps it was just good defense by Rzasa, which made it look bad.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Adler lands with a nice combination. Rzasa backs away looking to recover.
Rzasa keeps the fight on the outside.
Adler doesn't manage to clinch there - Rzasa circles away.
Adler tests Rzasa's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Rzasa stuffs the takedown attempt from Adler. Adler gets slowly back to his feet.

Rzasa closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Adler did well to prevent Rzasa getting side control.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Adler's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Tomasz Rzasa has got the better of the ground game so far.
Adler tries to improve his position but instead Rzasa has taken his back!
Adler knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rzasa on the ground.
Rzasa is looking to control Adler but Adler is wriggling around and keeping busy.

Adler turns into Rzasa and is now in his guard.
Rzasa keeping moving, preventing Adler from controlling successfully.

Tomasz Rzasa showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Rzasa has eaten all the pies!

Rzasa throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Adler has his hands clasped together but Rzasa breaks the hold and Adler is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Rzasa!
