The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Philips counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Son Han keeping moving, preventing Philips from controlling successfully.
Son Han throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Son Han wants to sweep here but Philips controlling him for the moment.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Son Han wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Philips manages to pass to side control.
Son Han is trying to maintain the position but Philips is very close to passing his half guard.
