Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Diggs (ranked 2387 p4p, 285 weight class) and Tank Shamrock (ranked 542 p4p, 68 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

With a record of 9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tank Shamrock!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good exchange - Shamrock coming out on top.
Shamrock misses the shot to the body.
Diggs throwing a counter right hand but Shamrock manages to avoid it.

Shamrock gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Shamrock escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Diggs lands a nice hook to Shamrock's body. Shamrock takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Diggs is in close to Shamrock's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Shamrock got a little sloppy there for a moment and Diggs has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Shamrock has managed to get both his arms back between Diggs's legs - danger averted.

Shamrock must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Tank Shamrock seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.

Shamrock lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Shamrock drops Diggs onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Diggs is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Diggs swings wildly with an uppercut but Shamrock uses good head movement to avoid it.
Oh Diggs is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Shamrock drops Diggs onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Diggs is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

An uppercut to the body lands inside from Shamrock.
Shamrock pushes off and lands a massive hook that knocks Diggs out cold! The fight is all over!
