Basurto is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Tapout - Birdman. Lucas Basurto is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clark throws a left and a right that both miss
letting Basurto counter with a right hand.
Clark throws a right hand that misses
and Basurto counters with a left to the body.
Clark throws a combination that misses
and Basurto counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Clark swings widly with a right hand

Basurto darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Basurto stops Clark from getting back to his feet.
Basurto is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Clark!
Basurto loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Clark scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Basurto land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Basurto stands and salutes the crowd.
