The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Kenichi Hosakawa and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weber throws a right and a left that Lupus avoids nicely.
Duke Lupus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lupus closes the distance and pushes Weber back into the cage.
Lupus keeps control of Weber as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Lupus shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Weber as he avoids it easily.

Weber escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Dillon Weber is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Lupus darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Weber.
Lupus misses with a low kick.
Weber swings for the body but Lupus moves out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Weber pushes Lupus off looking to stand but Lupus dives back in and keeps control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lupus is working for a kimura but Weber is defending it quite comfortably.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Lupus connects with a nice short shot to Weber's temple.
Lupus seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Weber is rocked!
Lupus is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Weber is hurt! He's hurt bad - Lupus fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Weber from any more punishment! Congratulations to Lupus! Great finish!
