The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masamune shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Battle sprawls well. Battle wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Masamune gets slowly back to his feet.
Masamune looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Battle clinches up with Masamune and pushes him back against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Masamune turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Masamune manages to end up in side control.

Masamune is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Battle has escaped the position, nice work there.
