The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cup falls off balance throwing a combination
and Silker counters with a lovely shot to the body.
The fight stays on the outside here - Cup looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Silker cracks Cup with a good jab.
Silker lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Cup fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Cup rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Silker counters with a stiff right hand.

Cup closes the distance and clinches.

Cup breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Cup throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Cup misses with a straight right.
Cup fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Cup rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Silker counters with a stiff right hand.

Silker connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Cup misses with a lunging right hand
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Both fighters circling a little - Silker finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Crunch! Silker slams his shin into Cup's torso.

Cup throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Silker keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Cup misses with a hook.
Silker connects with a solid leg kick.
Silker dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Cup throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Silker counters with a nice uppercut.
Silker jabs Cup to the body, keeping him at a distance.
A decent looking cross lands there for Cup.
Cup takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Cup dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Silker moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Silker smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Red Cup seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silker cracks Cup with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Silker throws a right and a left that Cup avoids nicely.

Cup tries to close the distance and clinch up but Silker swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Silker appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
A solid leg kick lands there for Silker.
Cup takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Cup is still on wobbly legs! Can Silker finish him?
Silker stuns Cup with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Cup seems to have recovered his senses.

Silker is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Silker lands a nice looking kick to the body. Cup takes a step back to recover.

Silker tries a head kick but it misses.
Drei Silker is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Silker works Cup's body with a nice hook.
The crowd cheers as Silker lands an impressive looking overhand right. Cup doesn't seem phased though.
Silker uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Cup.
A slapping leg kick lands for Silker.
Some wild striking there from Cup.
Silker looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Cup throws a nice looking combination but Silker bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

and Silker counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Cup lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Silker circles away quickly and effectively.
Silker scores with a shot to the body.
Cup pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Silker dodges the punch combination from Cup.
Cup swings away with a body shot that misses
letting Silker counter with a right hand.
Silker throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Cup misses with a few strikes there.
Silker throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Cup throws the left hand but Silker avoids the punch easily.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Silker, right into the meat.

Silker connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Cup tumbling to the canvas! Silker pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Cup was done - good stoppage!
