Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Emanuel Fleming (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Genji Watanabe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Genji Watanabe!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yukihiro Shimada.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Fleming tries for a takedown but Watanabe sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
And Watanabe tries to counter it with a takedown but Fleming pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Emanuel Fleming seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fleming clinches up with Watanabe and pushes him back against the cage.

Watanabe gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Watanabe wants to control from the top but Fleming keeps moving.

Watanabe got a little sloppy there for a moment and Fleming has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Watanabe has managed to get both his arms back between Fleming's legs - danger averted.
