Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Punchsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Orlando EoS (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vladimir Punchsky could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Orlando EoS's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Vladimir Punchsky!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Orlando EoS!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Paulsen Ambrosius and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Punchsky thows a left - swing and a miss!
EoS shoots in for a takedown but Punchsky shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
EoS takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Punchsky works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
EoS looks to land a combination but Punchsky avoids it well.

Punchsky misses with a jab, cross combination.
Punchsky tries to score a power double leg takedown but EoS sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Punchsky somewhat.
EoS looks like he wants to counter punch here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

EoS looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Punchsky trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
EoS looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

EoS pulls Punchsky in close to prevent any damage.
EoS wants to sweep here but Punchsky controlling him for the moment.
Punchsky is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
EoS wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

EoS is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Punchsky dives into side control.
Punchsky fails to land a wild elbow strike.
EoS tries to improve position but can't.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
EoS is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Punchsky is controlling him well.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Punchsky gets in close and instigates a clinch.
EoS blocks an elbow strike.
Punchsky taking a breather.
Punchsky wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Punchsky is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
EoS prevents Punchsky from breaking the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

and EoS counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
EoS thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Punchsky pushes EoS off and gets back to his feet.

EoS shoots in and bounces Punchsky off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

EoS postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Punchsky is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of EoS, into his guard.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as EoS holds on and takes a little breather.
Vladimir Punchsky overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

EoS is looking to stand back up but Punchsky counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by EoS.
EoS is positioning himself well to prevent Punchsky advancing to mount.

Punchsky decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Punchsky throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Vladimir Punchsky seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Punchsky swings widly with a right hand

and EoS counters with a takedown into side control.
Punchsky gets back to half guard.
Punchsky blocking the ground and pound attempt from EoS.
EoS throws a strike but Punchsky avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
EoS throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Punchsky works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Punchsky is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that EoS can do to turn this around?
EoS throws a strike but Punchsky rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

EoS is adopting a defensive guard.

EoS manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Punchsky gets control of EoS's arms and successfully pulls guard. Punchsky will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

That was a close second round but I would say that Vladimir Punchsky will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Punchsky connects with a couple of short punches.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if EoS can do anything to dispel that myth.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

EoS dives in and grabs Punchsky's left leg, looking for a takedown. Punchsky pushes down on EoS's head and hops out.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Punchsky enables EoS to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Punchsky manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Orlando EoS has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
EoS is looking to work some ground and pound but Punchsky has wrist control.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Vladimir Punchsky.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Punchsky, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
