The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hilton connects with a body shot.
Qwe swats away the attempt to clinch by Hilton.
A quick step to the side and Qwe tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hilton misses with a wild combination.
Qwe throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Hilton takes a swing at Qwe's ribcage but misses.

Hilton throws a lazy right hand but Qwe sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Qwe lands a leg kick that knocks Hilton off balance momentarily.

Hilton gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Qwe.

Hilton swings for the body but Qwe moves out of range.
Qwe lands with a kick to the ribs.

Hilton has taken the fight to the clinch.

Hilton fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Qwe manages to avoid it.

An inside leg kick lands from Qwe.
Qwe moves away from the strike by Hilton.
Hilton misses with a hook. Qwe ducked under it nicely.
Qwe uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hilton.
Qwe fires out a quick counter leg kick but Hilton just manages to avoid it.
Qwe lands with a shot to the body.
Qwe uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hilton.
Hilton takes a swing at Qwe's ribcage but misses.
Fenton Hilton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Qwe avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Qwe swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.

Qwe tries to keep at a distance but Hilton has taken the fight into the clinch.

Qwe pulls guard.
Qwe lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Hilton is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Qwe is pushing down on Hilton's leg trying to pass to half guard. Hilton is fighting to maintain full guard but Qwe has managed to sneak the leg through.

Qwe is looking for a kimura but Hilton is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Qwe to get the leverage.

Qwe is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Hilton regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Qwe.
Qwe pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Hilton is keeping the position for now.
Hilton wants to stand and escape but Qwe is having none of it.
Qwe sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Hilton's guard.

Qwe is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Hilton is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Qwe scores with a couple of nice shots.

Qwe stops Hilton from getting back to his feet.
Hilton is refusing to be controlled, as Qwe sits in half guard.
Qwe stalling away here and it's allowed Hilton to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Hilton is looking to stand up but Qwe isn't so interested in that idea.
We've been hearing good reports from Qwe's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Qwe trying to control but Hilton is working from the bottom.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Qwe stops Hilton from standing up.

Qwe stands up and waves to Hilton to follow him.
Qwe circles away from the clinch attempt
and Qwe connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Qwe tests Hilton's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Qwe cracks Hilton with a good jab.
Hilton misses with an uppercut

and Qwe counters with a left hand that sends Hilton to the canvas!

Hilton is rocked!
Qwe gets to his feet and stands over Hilton, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Hilton felt that one! Qwe unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Hilton from any more punishment!
