Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Wilber Lara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bilbo Baggins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bilbo Baggins has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Wilber Lara's chin.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baggins falls off balance throwing a combination
and Lara counters with a shoot takedown. Baggins fights it but they end up in guard.
Lara loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Lara works over Baggins with some ground and pound from guard.
Lara gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Lara really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Lara throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Baggins was covering up waiting for the punch and Lara finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Baggins has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Lara has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Lara is trying to break free.
Baggins tries to land knees in the clinch but Lara avoids the damage to the body.
Baggins lands a body punch.
Lara tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Lara is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Baggins is defending well for now.
Lara is trying to break the clinch but Baggins has him pressed against the cage.
Baggins wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Baggins lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Lara or not.
Baggins slows down the pace here.
Baggins is looking to control Lara's arms but Lara gets an underhook and turns him. Now Baggins has his back to the cage.

Baggins throws a nice looking combination but Lara bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Lara is trying to hold Baggins in close to prevent damage but Baggins has managed to pass into half guard.
Baggins wants to pass the guard but Lara is defending well.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Baggins has managed to clinch.
Nice body punch from Baggins - that landed with a thud.
Baggins lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Lara backwards.
Baggins tries to stall but Lara uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Lara is trying to push Baggins away but Baggins has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Lara keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Baggins's efforts to push away.
Lara throws a head punch that misses.
Baggins has hold of one of Lara's legs. Lara is fighting the takedown attempt but Baggins gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Baggins got a little sloppy there for a moment and Lara has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Baggins has managed to get both his arms back between Lara's legs - danger averted.
Lara is breathing heavily.
Baggins wants to stand but Lara has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Baggins throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Lara half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
We've been informed that Baggins has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
No joy there for Baggins, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Baggins avoids the body shot from Lara.
Baggins tries to close the distance and clinch but Lara swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
As Baggins tries to get set, Lara tries to push him back and clinch up but Baggins manages to avoid the attempt.
Baggins throws a right hand that Lara ducks under and follows up with a left that Lara also avoids with ease.
Baggins shoots in and bounces Lara off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Lara will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Baggins is looking to stand up but Lara won't let him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lara escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Baggins gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Baggins looking to sit in guard and control but Lara gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Lara postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Lara drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Baggins dives on top into guard.
Lara throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lara is trying to keep Baggins in close.
Baggins wants to control from the top but Lara keeps moving.
Lara looking for a sweep. Not yet Lara, not yet.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Lara lands an upkick as Baggins stands over him.
Baggins trying to stand up but can't free himself from Lara's guard.
Lara is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Lara isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Baggins stacks Lara on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Baggins!
Lara throws a few strikes from the bottom but Baggins takes advantage and mounts!
Lara tries to lock up and control but Baggins gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Lara tries to hold on but Baggins postures up.
Lara bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Lara throws a strike but Baggins rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Lara tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Lara has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Baggins can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Lara tries to counter with a takedown but Baggins is quick to defend against it.
Baggins misses with a two punch combination.
Baggins wants to clinch up but Lara keeps it at a distance.
The fight stays on the outside here - Baggins looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Lara fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Baggins avoids it really well and circles away.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Baggins throws a series of punches but Lara avoids them all with ease.
Baggins throws a right and a left that both miss.
Lara dives in and grabs Baggins's left leg, looking for a takedown. Baggins pushes down on Lara's head and hops out.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Baggins tries to close the distance and clinch but Lara swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Baggins lands a left and a right that send Lara crashing to the mat, dazed. Baggins thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Lara is rocked!
It looks like Wilber Lara has been cut.
Baggins connects with a nice cross there... Lara is looking wobbly and Baggins recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Lara to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Baggins jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
