Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Devil Anse Hatfield!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Andy Bangsit!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Elvis Blanc and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hatfield closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Hatfield lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Hatfield scores with a shoulder strike.
Hatfield tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Bangsit avoids it.
Bangsit missing with knees to the body.
Hatfield creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Bangsit's defenses.
Hatfield throws a punch but it's blocked by Bangsit.
Hatfield lands a hook that snaps the head of Bangsit backwards.
Bangsit is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Hatfield gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Hatfield prevents a takedown attempt there.
Hatfield pushes Bangsit back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
We've been hearing reports that Hatfield has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Bangsit can't get the takedown.
Devil Anse Hatfield has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andy Bangsit.
Bangsit tries to pull guard but Hatfield won't allow it.
Hatfield lands with a light punch inside.
Bangsit avoiding damage as Hatfield throws knees to the body.

Hatfield lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.


Bangsit is rocked!
Bangsit tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Bangsit avoiding damage as Hatfield throws knees to the body.
Bangsit has Hatfield pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Hatfield manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Bangsit turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!

Bangsit thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Bangsit tries for a kimura but Hatfield is defending well.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hatfield manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hatfield regains full guard. Nicely done.

Hatfield is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Bangsit rolls with it to try and escape but Hatfield cranks on the arm and Bangsit is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
