Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robbie Luatua (ranked 19 p4p, 1 weight class) and Obelix De Gaul (ranked 40 p4p, 2 weight class). De Gaul has chosen Asterix and Obelix as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Luatua finds it's way through De Gaul's defenses.
It looks like Obelix De Gaul has been cut.
Luatua shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
De Gaul throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
enabling Luatua to counter with a crisp jab.
Luatua takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Luatua throws a quick inside leg kick.
Luatua has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
De Gaul thuds his right hand into Luatua's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Luatua cracks the inside of De Gaul's front leg.
Obelix De Gaul seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
De Gaul tries to land a body kick
letting Luatua counter with a right hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Luatua tests De Gaul's chin there with a solid looking shot.
A low kick from De Gaul misses
and Luatua cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Luatua cracks De Gaul with a hook to the temple - De Gaul is on wobbly legs here! Luatua swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! De Gaul falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Luatua wins by TKO!
