The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DeVito uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Elvira.
Elvira takes a swing at DeVito's ribcage but misses.
DeVito gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Elvira scores with a jab.
DeVito shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Elvira defends it nicely.

DeVito fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Elvira, pushing him back against the cage.

DeVito pulls guard successfully.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

DeVito is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Elvira is aware though and is defending well.

Elvira is sitting in close to DeVito's body. DeVito has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Elvira is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Elvira is tapping! That was a very nice submission by DeVito.
