Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bertil Bengtsson (ranked 1628 p4p, 264 weight class) and Kona Bud (ranked 1700 p4p, 269 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bengtsson might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Easy Does It - WILDSTREET . Bertil Bengtsson is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Ren Mimura and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bengtsson steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Bud.
Bud misses with a straight left.
Bengtsson has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Tayne's 4d3d3d3 Gym in the buildup to the fight.
A punch lands to the side of Bengtsson 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Bud takes a swing at Bengtsson's ribcage but misses.
Bengtsson keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Bud.
It looked like Bengtsson wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Bengtsson connects with a body shot.
Bengtsson walks forward, straight into a front kick from Bud.
Bengtsson throws an overhand right that lands on Bud's shoulder, as Bud tries to avoid the shot.
Bud throws a hook but Bengtsson avoids it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bud throws a good cross that connects.
Bengtsson throws a jab when Bud was well out of range.
Bengtsson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Bengtsson swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Bud misses with a looping left.
Bengtsson appears to be looking for a big counter.

Bud misses with an uppercut
and Bengtsson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Bud bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Bengtsson's head.
Bud misses with a hook
and Bengtsson counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Kona Bud has been cut.
Bud has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Bengtsson finds it's way round the side to connect with Bud's head.
Bud lands a head shot.
Bengtsson walks into a jab.
Bengtsson blocks the body kick.
Bud throws a jab when Bengtsson was well out of range.
Bengtsson misses with an uppercut. Bud saw that one coming.
Bengtsson moves out of range of the body kick.
A big left from Bengtsson misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bud throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Bengtsson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A lazy left from Bengtsson finds it's target.
Bud sizes up Bengtsson with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
