The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chikezie winds up and cracks Sams with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Chikezie is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Sams!
Chikezie lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Chikezie cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Chikezie takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Sams is still in real trouble! Can Chikezie finish him?

Chikezie's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
