Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Christian Neffgen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and BJ Farfan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Farfan comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Don't Be Cruel kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that BJ Farfan was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 7 - 1, fighting out of The Island, Christian Neffgen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, BJ Farfan!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Bart Greer and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Farfan throws a head kick that misses.
Farfan throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Neffgen tries to clinch but Farfan is having none of it.
Neffgen stalks Farfan and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Farfan's face. Farfan staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like BJ Farfan has been cut.
Neffgen drives through and clinches with Farfan against the cage.
Neffgen misses with a hook from the clinch.
Neffgen misses with the head strike.
Neffgen working aggressively here.
Neffgen fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Farfan blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Farfan breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Neffgen slips a jab and a cross from Farfan.
Farfan avoids the head kick by Neffgen.
Neffgen gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Farfan manages to break the clinch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Farfan looks to land a combination but Neffgen avoids it well.
Farfan misses with the combination.
Farfan throws a right and a left that Neffgen avoids nicely.
Neffgen swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Neffgen lands with a slapping head kick.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Neffgen wants to clinch.
Neffgen tries to clinch up.
Neffgen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Farfan explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Farfan lands an overhand right.
Farfan lands a left and a right that send Neffgen crashing to the mat, dazed. Farfan thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Neffgen is rocked!
It looks like Christian Neffgen has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Farfan finds Neffgen's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Neffgen flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Farfan lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Neffgen will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). BJ Farfan!
BJ Farfan looked relieved post fight as he said the following; 'I'm short, i'm fat and i'm ugly. You'd want to beat people up too...'.
