The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A right-left combo lands from Griffin.

Griffin misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Barnett shoots in looking for a takedown. Griffin tries to sprawl out of it but Barnett keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Griffin manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Barnett bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Barnett cracks Griffin with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Barnett immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Griffin is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Barnett!
