Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pele Ronaldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Ulpius Traianus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Traianus has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Traianus looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Ronaldo has one foot on Traianus's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Traianus looks winded!

Ronaldo closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

It looks like Marcus Ulpius Traianus has been cut.
Ronaldo in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
Traianus really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ronaldo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
A lull in the action here as Ronaldo stalls from top position.

Ronaldo is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Traianus is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
The strikes coming from Ronaldo are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Ronaldo takes a little break here. Traianus wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ronaldo sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Traianus is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Ronaldo has an Americana. Traianus didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Ronaldo is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Ronaldo hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
