Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Yu Sai (ranked 3925 p4p, 521 weight class) and Jackson Spinks (ranked 3363 p4p, 458 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Yu Sai has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Yu Sai seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sai cracks the inside of Spinks's front leg.

Spinks throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Sai tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Spinks is in Sai's guard.

Spinks got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sai has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Spinks has managed to get both his arms back between Sai's legs - danger averted.
Spinks is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Spinks sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Sai's guard.

Spinks is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Sai has managed to free his arm - good work.
Spinks seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Spinks is landing with some decent strikes but Sai is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
