The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ravek manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Jefferson on his heels. He'll look to pass Jefferson's guard now, I'm sure.

Jefferson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

It looks like Ravek might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Ravek decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Kirby Jefferson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jin Ravek.

Ravek feints and as Jefferson raises his hands in defense, Ravek changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Ravek is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Jin Ravek has got the better of the ground game so far.
